Rockbridge Seminary is passionate about making disciples. For over twenty years, our mission has been to develop men and women who are committed to the Great Commission and Great Commandment. Jesus’ mandate to ” go and make disciples of all nations” calls for dedicated and well-trained leaders who can guide, disciple, shepherd, and grow spiritually vibrant church communities worldwide.

One of the most significant challenges to fulfilling this mission is the shortage of theologically grounded and practically trained leaders. The reality is that the global population is rapidly outpacing the growth of the church. Recent studies from the Joshua Project highlight the urgency: with nearly 3.4 billion people unreached globally, the church’s reach is more critical than ever. Furthermore, according to the Center for the Study of Global Christianity, 77,000 people come to Christ each day worldwide, while only 9,000 new leaders are developed. This gap underscores the need for effective training and healthy leaders if we are to accelerate the work of the Great Commission.

Rockbridge Seminary is addressing this need by training pastors and church leaders to make disciples and grow healthy churches that transform communities for Christ.
